You work with vendors and our internal technical teams, applying your organizational and problem solving skills to ensure the efficiency of our delivery, procurement, and warehousing functions.

You will be responsible for a number of key vendor relations, including suppliers of hardware, software, and professional services. You will be the front line to our vendors, driving them to deliver maximum value to {company} while ensuring their commitments are adhered to.


  • Partner with internal technical teams to understand requirements and time frames
  • Work with vendors to deliver optimum service and efficiency
  • Drive improvements to internal systems and vendor relations
  • Proactively address logistics problems with speed, accuracy, and completeness
  • Own your job and be accountable for a smooth lifecycle, from quoting to delivery

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated solid performance in prior roles resulting in increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Proven ability to communicate with technical teams.
